Right I don't get all this radial brake bollocks and ****.

I have a standard 04 RSV R with Showa forks and normal Brembo brakes. No Ohlins etc.

WHAT OZ WHEELS DO I NEED TO BUY?

Will only wheels off a non radial model fit, are the inter changable, is there a fitting kit.

Someone please explain all this bollox, because I don't want to waste £800 on a set of whells that don't fit!!!!!!!

If its the RSVR in your pictures, then you need NON RADIAL OZ WHEELS!

This is because the Radial Wheels are slightly wider hubs, this is why you cannot use radial wheels, patience young grasshopper, they will turn up soon!

Heres the difference between the two different type of calipers/forks

Because the radial calipers are set slightly further apart than the normal calipers, this is the reason the radial wheels wont fit, I hope you get it now lol.

The pic aint working so I am non the wiser!

Any rear OZ will fit but as Vsenna said, you will need a non radial wheel for the front, a radial wheel will fit if you machine 2.5 mm of each side, just to add more confusion to your already mixed up head:thumbup

I can explain oz wheels to you....

they are a lovely blue and are round.

If you get non radial wheels and sell the bike, you don't need to get shut of the wheels.
You can space non radial wheels out using spacers to fit a radial bike ;)

I am saving up for these puppies...i'm in love again :drool:drool:drool:drool

Yes, me! I do all my own rubber to rim changes as i don't trust anyone with my polished rims now :p
You do not use a machine to fit rubber to these, only by hand & heel, same as i do with my current rims, not difficult.
Owning these will be a fair way off tho because i would like to get those Ceramic Matrix front discs first. Neeeed something better than these std. ones.
I confirm that these are the discs a guy i know runs on his Ducati racebike up here..he says they are the duckz nutz in his opinion & better than anything he has ever raced with.
OK with that little order alone, i now don mask and find a bank me thinks, hahaha
We can have dreams!
Regards
