Some help with tuono v4 race icon

I have a tuono v4 with slip on aprilia akro and cat when I bought the bike it didn't have the race icon on the dash
I seen people saying that this exhaust come with a code so you can upload it on to the bike what I want to know is were do i find the code is it the aprilia akro instalation hand book? And also can I upload it myself

The dealer who fitted the Akra pipe has to contact Aprilia with the serial or receipt number for it. Then Aprilia gives the dealer a code which enables your ECU to be reflashed (by them), with the Race mapping. Then you will have improved fueling to suit the pipe, and RACE on the dash :thumbup

EDIT: Although the standard mapping is fine, if you have the cat.

AFAIK. The codes are generated by Aprilia and have to requested by the dealer, who have to prove that the akrapovic has been purchased through an approved Aprilia dealer.
