can anyone please tell me where to start looking for the problem? i started my 2000 mille and when i reved it for the first tine after it got temprature it started smoking,and it smokes when i slow down and in between gear changes?????? please help!!!!!!!!!!!

Hard to answer your question ? look at the easy things is the belly pan touching the exhaust, are the fuel tank drain/overflow rubber pipes touching, Strip the fairing off and have a good look around does it do it with the fairing off. process of elimination my friend. or are you saying it smokes from the exhaust ? if so is it blue smoke, white smoke, black. could be steam ? think you need to be looking for the the right questions to ask. If you look down the throttle bodies you can see the stem of one of the valves for each cylinder. If oil is getting past the stem seal on that valve you can normally see evidence of it. Check the oil isn't overfilled and coming up the breather into the airbox.

Actually that copper is nearer to the truth. 2 of the guys in the pic of the 4 of us are policeman.
Steve i'm the good looking one. That pic is from 2006 and i have got even better looking since.
And Badger those pics are class compared to your oracle tour pics. - Huge wales jumping in the Loch at Fort William etc. White wales i seem to remember.
