As a relative newbie please forgive the waffle!
I recently bought an RSV (April 09) after hacking around on a 1999 Triumph Daytona which was a great workhorse and never let me down. Having done many sessions at the Nurburgring on the Triumph (whilst living in Belgium) I decided to take to the track with the RSV - what a bike! I could not believe how easy it is to chuck around and how composed it is when cornering. I'm by no means a good or experienced rider but even I could tell the difference between the RSV and the old Daytona, the RSV is great!
I had originally wanted to get the 675 Daytona but figured I was not good enough to make it go fast and hence needed the grunt of a bigger bike, clearly a good choice with no regrets.
Anyway, please find below a couple of photos from our day at Silverstone and there are a couple of YouTube videos if you're really bored.
Cheers
