Read about replacing the side stand. I on many occasions swing the bike round on side stand or tip over on it to spin back wheel. Thinking I should replace the stand to something a little more substantial. Anyone advise what fits ok?

As above.
The euro stand is cheap ***** and not stable at all compared to the USA spec stand.
One of the first mods I did was to swap them.
I did a writeup either on here or the other channel that highlights the differences.

Ive witnessed one snap on a RSV spinning it around, and ive witnessed one bend so far that it was unsafe to use lifting to oil the chain - Luckily on both occasions the rider was quick enough to catch it. - This was on the Gen 2 Twins but i understand the V4 one is just as bad.
UK Prilly stands are **** & made of cheese !

one on at the mo from a rsv4..... are they the same ?

Just watch out for import duty, sometimes kicks in, sometimes doesnt. Dunno why, but mine didnt get hit but plenty of others have...

looks like a bit of a wait. appears the rsv4 US one will not post to UK. Like felix said wonder if they are the same fitting?
