Side Stand upgrade

I read somewhere that you can retro fit a side stand to the Generation 2 Tuono's that is a vast improvement over the original, does anyone have any info as to which side stand it is??

I think it was a Honda CBR600 one or something??

Its a gixxer 750 stand that can be retro fitted to them.

Also see there is a bloke on here who sells the stands so have given him a shout.

I know that its not everyone who has a laith in there shed or garage but thought it might be useful to someone.

if it's for the early tuono/mille (mines a 2002) a 2006 cbr1000rr stand fits without any mods. use the tuono bracket, bolts and the honda stand. the stand is kicked out more than the aprilia one and works well

Mine is the gen 2 a 2007 model. Will see if this bloke gets in touch who seemingly does a new straight fit unit.

There must be a hell of a lot of different sidestands fitted at the factory because I've never experienced any problems either with my '03 or my '08. :dunno
