I have seen these shorty levers that fit my 01' RSV they look a lot nicer than the OE items and come in black/red or black/titanium/red

they seem quite reasonable at around 25 notes posted from hong kong any1 running these & got any feedback onn how they feel/perform????

I had some .... quality was pretty good .... black ones tend to fade if left in the sun over a few weeks ....apart from that was really happy with em

I fit these to all my bikes http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MC-Racing...rcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item45ff841546

Very good quality & no problems :thumbup unlike some of the cheap ones

yep also have a set of the titanium levers from the east, paid about £40, very good quality and a doddle to fit. they suit the bike very well. go for it

I had 50 sets of each, but have sold nearly all now I have 2 black sets and 2 titanium sets available to sell..I do have a couple of sets to one side as I track an rsv and you never know..07974 017907 is my number

I've got an immaculate pair of pazzo shorty black anodized levers (with original box) for £70 plus p&p if anyones intersted!

imho these short levers are just useless. never seen them on a proper race bike in wsbk or so... and i would never put my life into a honkong noname manufacturer for 25 GBP...

are u saying by trial and error its useless cos if I'm honest I had a ttr600... put a supermoto brake kit on it with shorty lever and it was still way more powerful than the original brembo setup plus I COULD BRAKE AS HARD WITH 2 FINGERS AS i COULD BEFORE WITH 4!!!!!! or are u just voicing ur opinion cos the SBK riders don't use em???????

well i am not saying that you could not brake more easily with less power or what. i just say that there is a reason why the brembos cost more. why would you trust some hong kong company doing brake levers just because they can do it instead of some company which does brakes for ages...

Ok yes Brembo do make descent kit but there is improvements to be made on all the standard gear it is called R&D and is going on constantly I doubt these retailers would be selling (shorty levers) if they were gonna break or not be capable of stopping ur machine or they would have quit a few major lawsuits on thair hands!!!!!
I guess these are just copies of the excellent Pazzio levers but knowing the chinese they have have just put them on a cad design mill and are churning them out in vast numbers to get the price down (just because its got a brand name does not necessarily mean quality--------all things fail)!!!!!!
Good example Aprilia wiring looms and plug harnesses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I suppose cos its Aprilia its not gonna break no??????

oh yes they would. the billet anodised gear is so fancy today that everybody has to have it. if the levers had different looks nobody would look after them. where were they 5 years ago? i would also never trust the material used if i knew they are for 25 from hong kong. yes all things fail but i am not gonna test it for them :)

btw what is so excelent about tha pazzo racing levers?
why there are no brembo short levers if they are so better then long ones?

Ok soz I do not want to get into slagging match but a billet item is actually machined from 1 block of solid alloy..................................all mass produced bike items like (BRAKE LEVERS) are actually forged alloy........ more brittle items ........don't know where ur coming from??????????

so why dont you buy these ones as a replacement for your brembo discs? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Front-Bra...ycle_Parts&hash=item3cab0f4174#ht_1695wt_1154 its also from
or wouldn't you trust it ? they are just the same "Stainless steel 420 (2Cr13) and Aluminum alloy 6061, CNC milled and anodized in Black or Gold color" as any other big name afermarket ones...
and i come from Slovakia where a lot of cheap things with great stories are being sold and i consider myself kinda cured out of that :)

checkout this chinese brake pads test. just see the vid from 13:30 and see the pics

anyway back to the levers. what advantage do the short levers provide to you? or what disadvantage do the originals have so you cant stand them on the bike anymore and you go for swap for these?

I think you'll find a lot of the branded goods you've bought over the last 10-15 years will have been made in china, quite a few companies outsourced thier manufacturing to them because of cost (they made more in thier margins by doing this and also saved on having to buy in the tooling). So .... now the chinese have these designs they make and sell them for a fraction of the cost, but yes I will agree that quality control is dodgy at best (so there are a few sellers out there with low grade stuff) there are however quite a few reputable suppliers and their goods seem good quality.

Its like anything ....... you make up your own mind what you're prepared to accept!! I know of a chap that bought an OEM Aprilia brake lever (new lever!) for his Mille Challenge bike and the thing snapped coming into paddock hill at brands (his bike was written off!! so no matter who it is ..... like 2stoke says there are always failiures
