shifting gears without the clutch

is it me or does this bike not need a clutch to shift gears? i have an 04 RSV-R. i race a Ducati 900 SS and am familiar with GP shifters and interrupters. however, I've been shifting my bike without using the clutch. it sounds great, shifts like a dream and all i have to do it roll of the gas for a split second pop the next gear and blast away. this works up and down by-the-way.

I'm sure somebody is going to tell me it's going to destroy the bike but I'm telling you, at speed especially, it's super fast, makes no grinding or ugly noises, just goes to the next gear like a GP bike and is fast as hell.
thanks for your thoughts.

A lot of people go up the box without the clutch, I tend to use it coming down the box as I blip the throttle to match the revs. The standard 'slipper' isnt that great and the back will tend to step out.

Ive always done it up the box whenim moving like but never tried it down TBH as id be scared the back end would step out, especially on a big twin. Ive accidentally gone down 2 gears and let the clutch out and did a pretty good Garry Mccoy impression around a bend before like!
I then went home to have a change of undercrackers

I always use no clutch up the box especially on track but the experts say not to do it down the box

Lately I read that the most damage to a bike engine is decelerating fast using gears

smiffy is using a pc3 with a button attached you hit that kills the revs for full throttle upshifts...plant the throttle...hit the button and change gear (no clutch)at the same time...makes for very quick progress
