I do like the colour scheme but am tempted to the dark side ... (black) and need to suggest to Mrs Welly that an 08 or 09 would be a sensible upgrade
Here is a shot showing front so you can see the extra height.
As I say ... it really isn't worth it and I'm sure the ratio of chest to visor fly splats has reversed from 60% chest v 40% visor to (do the math) 40% chest v 60% visor.
Not a problem as long as you take the opportunity at every piss coffee pie *** and a pint stop to raid a load of bog roll and clean yourself up . Eeeeeew!View attachment 1093

Nah...looks fine when your actually beside the bike due tae the curve o the screen......its sorto like the effect o they painted logos ye see oan football an rugby pitches that ur done squint but look OK on camera....

I've got the taller Aprilia clear screen, same as Newel's. Reckon it does make a *tiny* bit of a difference (5'11" here) but not much. Decided I prefer the look of the original black shorty screen so put that back on. Will stick the taller one back on if I do any touring etc.

The Laminar Lip is the touring screen for the Gen 2 Tuono. Also allows the original screen to stay in place so you can take it off ffor the sunday spin to devils bridge
