Anyone in Scotland or anyone up this way fancy meeting up at the car park outside Halfords, Straiton, Edinburgh on Saturday 29 Aug 2009 about 11 am. Weather permitting of course. Or another place if it's easier or more central for some.

Directions:-
South bound - Off the city by pass at Straiton and take right at r/about and then left after the first lights. Up short hill and right at mini r/about and follow road in to retail park. Halfords is on left
North bound - Off city bypass, right at lights at bottom of slip road and and then left after the first lights. Up short hill and right at mini r/about and follow road in to retail park. Halfords is on left

:bangheadim in scotland but couldnt be further away without getting my feet wet:nopitty it would be good to catch up with a few owners on here,

Well, Ozzie, wi' a name like Hamish, I am in fact Scottish. I even was at the Halfords in Edinbouroughthat you speak of a month or so ago when I was Honeymooning. *sigh*
But now I am ensconced back in Canada with the nearest decent twisties being a three hr ride. Enjoy so that I may live vicariously thru you. Off for a ride meself now!

I love wearing my kilt!! There is ALWAYS one drunk lil cutie that has to stick her hand under to check. Hence, keeping my sporran fairly weighted to keep the Highland snake from rearing it's head. Oh, and I look HAWT in me Highland garb!!
 
Bit to far for me, enjoy the run and if you are ever up the east coast then give us a shout.

Seanramsay posted a route that isn't to far away from you. If you're interested in a run sooner rather than later let me know.

Nope been back home for a wee while now, due to be in the States again in a couple of weeks but only for a short trip they tell me!

Yep a run would be good. Just give us a shout and we can try and get a few of us to meet up :cheers

anyone evr been to the flotterstone inn meet doon the by pass, one o ma mates was wandering about a crowd o us going through on thurs nite, ???
