I had what is possibly the most fun I`ve had on a bike in 36 years of riding ,Yes I know I`m an old fart :drool, Took my test in 76 .This ape is possibly the best bike for grin factor and road feel I have ever owned.I`d not managed to get the `feel`of the bike properly untill today and **** its smooth and goes through the twistie like its on rails,Sorry to yabber on but I am realy hyped by this bike and I thought my `spooked`up S3 handled but this is another league.Lol 54 years old and bouncing around like a nymphomaniac in a dildo factory :smilie

Gloin the somewhat excited at the moment

Less of the old mate, I'm not far behind you and I'm nobbut a spring chicken :)

I know what you mean about the grin factor , I've had my Tuono only a couple of weeks and still getting the hang of it, relaxing its not. But it is bloody good fun.

splendid ... here's hoping for a long dry summer!

I think that should read :-

The twisties blong to the twisty fifty`s.

I like a good moan.

I am so old that I can't remember when I passed my test.
So I must be older than you are! And I forgot to take my L plates to the test too so there!:thumbup

i agree with crisl less of the old gits i can give a few years and got my first aprilia fighter last week out today most fun ive had on a bike in years cant wait to get out again viva tuonos

Got my full bike licence in 1984, I was one of the first to take the two part test.

I'm a mere nipper on here :lol

I passed my test on the 23rd Aril 2008 so haven't been riding for 4 years yet. Am 39 with my birthday this year so hopefully have many more years of the Tuono ahead of me. I can honestly say that the bike I have is the only one I've fallen in love with. I've had to ponder selling it this year but hopefully won't have to (not due to financial reasons). Think I'd just keep it well oiled, cleaned and serviced with a few short runs to keep the engine etc ticking over before I'd ever sell it.

You spring-chicken you. You are probably the only person on here who passed their bike test after I did! Passed mine November 2001. Am 43 in a few months. Loads of biking years to go also.

Have been thinking about selling the bike as well though, getting stick of the missus even though part of the deal of moving house was to keep bike and get better car. Got better car, but racking up lots of cash on credit card. Flipping car tax is £445 this month as well :(
