right,today im going with the weather first,as its dry enough to tempt me to ride,
but "black o'er bills mothers" as they say round here.
i just know one of them big black clouds is waiting to follow me till im far enough away from home,then itll soak me to the skin and hit me with thunder and lightning the ****.
2ndly,im going with people who you pay good money to do their chosen proffesion to the best of their ability and do it in the stated time theyve quoted and for the price they quote ffs.
nameley,my new ******* house,that will be a listed building by the time iget in the *******.its been going through for several months now,weve nowt to sell,and its a brand new house,so no chain at all,simple.
the aim was to be completed by the 10th of july (2 days ago ffs) upon which,we'd recieve £500 cash back,useless solicitor has already charged us more for "extra work"
shes had to do,we all know they dont fukn do ewt,secetarys type up a few extra letters to us more like,weve had to chase her up on everything to the point that shes "getting fed up".she will be once weve signed and i get my hands round her scrawny neck.
so were now being told itll be next friday,which leaves us in the **** with our current landlord as weve handed our months notice in for this week,weve packed ALL our **** up in boxes ready to go so cant find *** all and weve lost £500 due to being late cos of her,all for which,shes charged us more!!
we'll see about that once its done and dusted and i send a nice letter to one of the senior partners telling em what a useless bint shes been.
good job shes hotter than a mother fukr and has huge whammers that're always hanging out!!!!

Aye it is indeed the luvverly Gillian Anderson :yumyum so alas not the other half :unhappy
Oh don't get me started on estate agents and house moving shenanigans. The first company we went with here was utter *****. I know the housing market is looking a bit grim at the moment but half the staff in this one jumped ship or baled out and left us here sticking 2 fingers up our arses wondering what was going on for 3 weeks.
All was not lost however as the new guy turned up to save the day. Well, let's just say when I opened the door I thought the paperboy had turned up in a suit. The guy looked about 12. Full of hot air and all the talk. I did ask him if he was old enough to buy a beer which wen't down well :biggrin
Needless to say that lot got the :2finger and were with another one. I think evolution is in reverse gear these days. There must be an island full of chimps that are slowly being ingrained into society and working for the government, estate agents, the local council, Currys , Dixons and a slack handful of others.

With you on that one, we moved middle of last year and i reckon i did all the donkey work while the estate agents fingered themselves :jack, then the buyer of my house got done over by the one below them so it cost me another 5k :jack:jack, never again :jack. Advertised for a job and all you get are mindless morons reckon chimps would be a damn sight better than those drongos :jack:jack:jack
