Anyone tried getting help for an elderly relative? The meals on wheels service has practically disapeared, the elderly near me get taken shopping once a week by a private charity..
We want single parents to work not be on benefits, they say..I've bent over backwards to carry on working since the wife buggered off, had to fight to get lad in a school most appropriate for his needs (Had a 2 page spread in local paper at the time over my fight) fight to find him a place at a college, fight to find him a place at a daycentre..Without which I couldn't work..
Last job I was made redundant from, because the Government was lying as to where the orders were being manufactured.(They told the media how good these orders were for British business) They said 4.5 million order was being manufactured in this country, yet after digging I found the orders were being sub contracted out to Eastern Europe and our wonderful Government doesn't keep records as to where they're coming from..(Bit like its immigration policy)
