I bought my 2005 RSV last October and stripped the engine out and sent it to Mark at XPS for a 1103 rebore.

Its now put back together and ready for the summer if we get one

Thanks to Mark it is now sporting Samco hoses, hel brake lines, trw rear sets, K+N filter, open air box, PC5, flywheel weight removed and most importantly 1103 big bore.
And i said I wasnt going to spend much on it Ha Ha.

Needs bedding in before going back for a final tune, then i will post figures and videos.

Its running PCV and a quickshifter when i get round to fitting it. very impressed with the power easily dragging past RC8's on a recent track day and keeping up no problem with GSXR 1000's

Excellent - break her in right ! Lots of oil changes and load the engine and rings hard...LOL ! I would like to see the numbers when you get her back on the dyno desk !

I would imagine a Quickshifter would work very well with an RSV Factory even with a stock engine.

Do you have a quickshifter and pc v fitted to this? Lovely looking bike, happy with the big bore?
