My 06 came with Dunlop 120/190 combo D208RRs and I've stuck with them ever since. I find them surprisingly good in the wet (taking it easy and considering the apparant lack of tread) and very predictable in the dry - although I think they are now an 'old' model as they don't feature on the Dunlop website. In fact, today just ordered a new pair for £143 delivered - thought that was a bit of a bargain?!?
The tyres change with years.
The dragon Corsa was no longer made after 05 so they went Diablo's and Metzellers etc etc.
They tend to use whatever is the tyre of the moment. Sticky as hell for the Factory at 180 and slighlty less sticky anf 190 on the R.

ahhh ok mine came with pilot road 190 i assume the 2004-2005 started life with these.

yeh mine came with Pilot sport too! they seem to be ok, getting my knee down the tyre seems to be gripping fine, feedback is no where near as good as the Pilot powers though!
