Not bad but definataley Flat compared to the RSV.

The handling is pretty damn good to be honest and the lines taken didnt real change through out the corner.

The brakes are pretty spongy IMHO

The gearbox isnt bad but clonks into First .

Im 6 foot and the rsv has a better riding position, and i feel like my legs are spread open more on the CBR ( ooh errr missus)
Would i buy one?

If Honda created an SP3 at 175 kilos then yes I would.

I havent had the pleasure of the CBR rr....but over the last 3 years I have owned the following....GSX1400, MT01, MV Augusta F4, VTR Firestorm, and Speed Triple 1050..all of which were brilliant bikes in their own right, I have owned the RSV now for a few months and have covered nearly 3500 miles, Its without doubt the best of all the bikes I have owned, it puts a real big smile across my face every time I ride it, Im 6' and nearly 14 stone, I drowned my MV and Firestorm....I feel more at home on the RSV........but if possible I would still go for another MV F4 or 1098R.

I ride with a buddy who has an 04 CBR 1k, he couldn't keep up with me in the twisties when I first got the bike, I'd destroy him now.
