Rim tape?

Guys ,
As you can see I have a blue / white ride, has anyone put white rim tape on their wheels if so could you please post a pic, or is this idea a big no no??????

Was thinking something like this

personally i,d rather have my wheels painted like the soon to be released ktm 1290 super duke -- far cooler IMHO!!

Not a fan of rim tape. Think it looks cheap & chatty.

No need for it , as GF says . it cheapens the look.

I had it on my S3, the guy I bought it off had put it on.

Kinda looked OK at first but there was something about the over all look that didn`t jell.

So took a little advice and removed the tape and all was well

Too much work, and playing at weekends.

Been on the bike about 4 times in the last 2 months.
