Hi can you remove the exausts without removing radiator. I need to remove exausts so I can weld lambda probes for Autotune AT 300. Many thanks for any advice.

Hi,there is a pdf file from akrapovic, very helpful, but i cant find the way to post it to my reply.
Google this to find it:Brochure Akrapovic installation ligne 2.1.2
Recently i did install the at300.Make sure to fit the probes at nearly the same distance, and be very careful with the wiring(autotune guide tell you witch wiring is for the front cylinder and witch for the rear)

Thanks for your reply, did you manage to get the exausts off without draining the cooling system and removing radiator.
I will have a look at the file,I only have a standard exaust with Accrapovic carbon cans.I am leaving the AT300 on the bike so it's running all the time as Dynojet recommend as I am not going to remove it I have no need to store the maps.
What do you think of this upgrade, your opinions would be much appreciated.

I just installed the at300 and now i build my map.The bike is smoother and i can see now if bike runs rich or lean
After search i discovered that is prefered not to install the probes permanently but to take them out when the map is build,
because they loose their performance over time.If you change something you put them again.
A good starting point for afr is close to 13 everywhere

Thanks I will try to get close to that afr as possible and build a map instead and save the probes for future upgrades such as a big bore and airbox mod that I am building.
