Hi guys,

First post here. I've just purchased a 02 RSV 1000 MILLE Yesss!! I've wanted this bike for a long time and now I can finally have it. Tomorrow I am collecting her, it's done 9500miles so it needs a service. I wanted to ask you if you can recommend me a garage in London. I've called the obvious (aprilia dealer in London) and they've quoted me 330£ with valves clearance or 290£ without. Those guys who are mechanically ungifted, like me, where do you take it in London?
I also want to do a contribution, you may already know it but just in case, for cheap insurance try this http://www.thebikeinsurer.co.uk/ you will have a good surprise.

Thanks in advance for the answers

Sergi

southern cross aprilia are the best speak to andy or don:thumbup

Would only recommend Southern Cross.

I make a 180 miles round trip to make mine there.....

Thanks guys, I've set an appointment for next week and the quote was cheaper than "theapriliacenter" in central London. Sergi

Mate think quality adn workmanship not the price....... been to both places

I always try to find a good compromise in between both but the more important is that more expensive doesn't always means better. I used to take my FZ6 to a yamaha dealer. An official dealer charges you more but you are supposed to get top service, unfortunately, that's not my experience....last time after the servie in Yamaha Sepherd bush I had to top up the level of oil and refrigerant after the service...I complaint but they didn't give a ****. Crap service and worse customer service. I'm glad I found someone so highly recommended though. By the way, no one has mentioned the insurance link I posted, I guess everyone knew by now?

Also use Southern Cross, and make the 150 mile round trip journey to get it done there mate.

Cheers for the insurance link, will try on renewal buddy :thumbup
