I used Fuchs Silkolene Pro 4 15w-50 Race 4T, it was recommended by a couple of people on here and gotta say things are smooth and never had problems with clutch or anything

NP. I think I forgot to say thanks for those SBS front pads you did for me a few weeks ago. Weather here has been very poor but they are bedded in now and ready for the sunshine

I use Motul 5100 10W40 - about £24 delivered. Everyone has their own opinion on oil but I change mine every couple of thousand miles so pointless spending top money on oil. As long as the oil and filter are refreshed regularly then a cheap 10W40 will be fine.
