Rear Shock Wanted

After a new rear shock for my 01 - I'd really like an Ohlins but a good Showa would be OK at the right price.
Please help to save my chalfonts getting any more swollen!

Is it good working order, will it fit an 01 and how much do you want for it?
I'm waiting for a bloke to phone me tonight about an Ohlins but it that doesn't come off I'll be interested.
