Your at it............. 5000 miles from Racetecs, you would be lucky to get that from solids :biggrin:biggrin

I got just about 3000 from my rear Rennsport street, front is stuffed at 4000 :roll

:pirateColin, how ya shakin me hearty:pirate
Not so bad, apart from missing Scotland/all my favourite roads in the South of England are all suddenly slow and *****/all of a sudden there are MILLIONS of numpties in 4-wheeled vehicles everywhere trying to kill me. Oh, and the "wrong" tyre on the Fireblade is now shagged after only 3000 miles. Christ knows what'll happen when I put the "right" one on. How was the Irish trackday? Pictures?? :beer2

Kirkistown was actually quite good, weather was dry and the craic was good, went and stayed with Blue on the Saturday night and headed into Derry for an Indian and back to Eglinton for some beer, the bike was not handling too well, i did manage to dial some of the handling woes out by the end of the day and get my lap times down to 1.08 which is fairly respectable for just an hour on a track i have never seen before.

Was trying to get my confidence back after my off at Croft and it was just a matter of building speed throughout the day, by the end of the day i was nearly back to my old self again.

Not many pics taken, but here are a few of the mad axe Irishmen who did not like a Jock coming over to kick their ar*e's on track, good fun though.

and the bike looking splendid against the summer sky......

All in it was most enjoyable, shame for Blue though as his bike packed in on first session and that was his day over, i let him out on mine for a session later in the day.

Where is the tire wear, maybe a suspension change would help. At the last track day I went to a guy had that problem and pirelli changed his susp. Tires looked great after that.
