Radiator Guards?

I'm after the single sheet, laser cut ones that go round the rads. I made some for myself from B&Q mesh but want something a bit nicer looking. I paid £50 for some on ebay, and whilst they were very tidy with an edging strip, cut to the right size, they weren't much better than the ones I made for £5, so I got my money back!!

Any idea where I get the decent ones? Even the R&G ones lok a bit basic.

Buy some expanded 3mm Ally mesh & zip tie it onto the radiators cheap & works , have used this for the last 30 bikes & never had any trouble or holes .

sensei, i already have done that. However, Project Pieman needs something a bit more special.
beowulf one looks the job, but maybe £70 is a bit too special!

Not quite sure what you're after but all the aftermarket ones I've seen cut down the airflow radically especially the crap designs with edging strips.

I don't think this style can be improved on for looks or functionality

But then I would say that wouldn't I ? It's all in the way you make these things ;)

Mine are Beowulf and no heat rise, but the oil rad guard does not "sit" properly it sometimes leans on the fairing on the other end. Does not really matter, but I am a little picky for my mille ;)
