I have been looking at other forums but still can't find the problem. I replaced the pump and started it up and went out for a test drive. i found out that i couldn't go over 3500 rpm because the bike would give me any power unless i backed off the throttle. i went back home and waited a hr or so and started to work on it again and the bike wouldn't start. i have checked the relays and there are no wires sticking out and the relays are good, tilt sensor is up. relays are good, have switch the relays out with the crank relay and the bike still cranked but couldn't hear the pump. so the relays are good. Need Help

Did you just replace the pump or as a whole unit ..with all the other gubbins?l sounds like a blocked fuel filter
I figured it out, turns out one of my wires was shorting out on the fuel line. So i tighten the bolt and fixed the problem thx
