these are my bad *** mofo's, made and developed by Smaltmoto,http://www.smaltmoto.de/auspuffanlagen/aprillia/rsv-1000r.html ceramic coated headers (inside) with Ti cans, 60mm bore all the way through, light as a light thing and give the bike some amazing torque low down, oh they also sound ......................well listen for yourself

Badger did you get the ceramic coating locally. I don't recall Smaltmoto offering it.
Does the exhaust run much cooler round the shock etc ?
Constantin from Smaltmoto sent me some Smalt literature when we did the link stuff. Some of it is almost Art. Drool

Spoonz, the ceramic coating was an optional thing, the exhaust is cooler due to the bore and quicker disposal of gases, it really is a bit of art, the welding just makes me want to rub it till it.................doh, of on a tangent again:eatcorn
Honestly the pick up of the motor is stunning with that system on it, i had a run in last year on a guy with a 2010 ZX10 and my Ape was as quick to 160 and a bit quicker to 130 than the ZX10.
Once the twisties came he was toast:devious
I was quite surprised the Ape was able to do that TBH, in fact so was he:thumbup
