Don't know whether you guys are aware but Pirelli currently has an offer on. If you buy a pair of Corsa III's before some date in September you get either 1) £25 cash back 2) SBK 08 game for Playstation 2 or X-Box 3) One free ticket for the Donnington round of WSB.

My dealer also had the Pirellis on offer and I had a pair put on the other week. I thought the 2CT's were good but I prefer the Corsas, lot more feel.

I had a pair put on the Ducati last year when they had an offer on and it took over a month for the money to come through. It was around a week to a fortnight ago I had the Pirelli's put on this time and I received the WSB game today!

I think I am going to get a set of Corsa III's fitted. :thumbup

On Supercorsa Pro's at the moment and I can't go out in the damp or wet, they have no grip at all when damp or wet.

Anyone know who's best to get to fit them in Kent?

Just switched from supercorsa to corsa III but barely had the chance to scrub the bugger in so unable to comment on the difference although the Supercorsa is gonna take some beating. That was an awesome tyre.:eatcorn

They're good tyres but I can't afford a new rear every 900 miles so trying Michelin 2CT's as suggested on here..

Don't think you'll be disappointed in the 2 cuppa teas Mark. My last rear lasted 2500 miles before it picked up two screws. I reckon it still had another 500 miles or so to go :thumbup

I have run two sets of them Mark58..and i think they are a pretty good all round tyres...not too shabby in the wet either. When up to temp on good road surface they stick pretty well.

They feel far better to me than the Pirellis, the bike feels much more stable especially over cats eyes/white lines and with my riding the grip feels fine..Will see how long they last..

I got just under 3600 from the last rear which was a 2CT. Just wanted to see what the Pirellis were like on the RSV as I've used them before and liked them. I thought the 2CT's were good when I put them on the RSV but I have to say I prefer the Corsa III's :cheers

I must agree with AusRsv.
Had 2cts in other bike (Beemer K1200S) and were pretty good as it was a heavy bike – Best tyre ever in this bike.
In RSV...well, I can get 4.000 miles of them but they need more time to come to right temperature and I found them less forgiven in some surface then other tires.
And they get cold very quick. If you are driving like mad and you take the gas out for some minutes you will notice that they loose adherence immediately (Specially on cold days).
Anyone had experienced Bridgstone BT016? Will be my next set.
