Guess you are talking about a replacement of the OEM filter and not as part of an air kit?
Got one as part of my Renegade air kit and it makes a honking great noise but doubt it does anything for power etc.

I honestly doubt you would hear much difference with a filter stuck in the stock airbox. Get something like a Renegade or Evo air kit, alternatively make your own - PM Badger for details....

Ive ran a pipercross on my 02 RSV. To be honest the only reason ive got it is because i have an account with pipercross so it cost f*&k all :biggrin.
All of the filter manufacturers are the same, K&N, BMC, Green etc.... No real power gain, they just last longer than a OEM one cos you can clean them.
If your looking for a power increase you need a Renegade or Evo kit.
