Finally bit the bullet and ordered some nice mean looking rearsets from the Griffmeister.
Being a mechanical void I asked if he could fit them for me. 80 miles later there I was at the hallowed ground and meeting Griff and the team. Fantastic. Before getting there I got lost about (2 miles away) so pulled over to phone for directions when a Suzi Bandit pulled over and asked if I was looking for Griff...Follow me he says and takes me to the door ...cheers mate.
Anyway to the rearsets Fookin fantastic Black and the dogs danglies in the looks department...... and I now know what should happen when you press the right hand lever....A BRAKE:doug
A huge thanks to griff who spent a good couple of hours mounting,adjusting and checking. Then fixing a few niggles on the bike. His service and attention to detail is second to none and his enthusiasm is infectious. Price my secret but you would be gobsmacked considering the time he put in . Eventually left at 6:30pm
After a 80 mile ride back..the gear change is transformed slick as hell, neutral a doddle to find and a better fitting Ape. :thumbup:thumbup:thumbup DO IT
