So, there I was googling expenses and found the Inland Revenue have the following milage allowances for vehicles, I think you will find the last one a little interesting :roll

--------------First 10,000 Over 10,000
Cars and vans - 40.0 --------- 25.0
Motorcycle --- 24.0 --------- 24.0
Cycle --------- 20.0 --------- 20.0

Aparantly it only costs us 4pence a mile more to run a motorbike than it does to run a pushbike that doesn't have £40+/hr mechanic fees, tax, mot, insurance, new tyres every year, petrol, oil, servicing, expensive parts, depreciation ....

Interesting eh? Guess my Aprilia must have something wrong with it as it costs me FAR more than my push bike does.

Just more proof that IR are :jack

Aaah well, you see they base this upon the assumption that a Honda C90 is a motorbike!

Hang on mate....remember mine was a 'battleship' grey/red RSV rather a bit like yours (Yeah ok , it wasn't a FACTORY)......so that doesn't reflect too good on your LOVERLY bike!

Mmmm..Strange thing the olde memory...the main reason everyone was behind you was you brainwashed us into thinking the satnav would take us the most 'direct route' (via the Bronx/in & out of Folkestone/joining the French fun run on that Council estate...ringing any bells????)......the shaking of heads every time we passed a Ronny McD's was a sight to behold!!!!

Does this bring back any memories

My favourite part was the overweight bloke with the ping-pong paddles stopping the traffic, whilst some lardy lass wobbled past!
