OMG... how light is the RSV Ti exhaust !?

just recieved it... B-L-O-O-D-Y H-E-L-L !! :biggrin

just got to find a cheap stainless/ali/carbon fibre (if poss) exhaust shield to cover the RACE USE ONLY... could they of made the writing any bigger... lol !! :devious

or any tips how too polish it off... knowing iv never polished anything before apart from
my purple helmet !! :jack :biggrin

i used a very fine drill bit then wet and dry sand paper to even it out...

mine is writen on the link pipe yeah?

(p.s. mine is for 04 on)

yep... on the link pipe... iv got a dremmel with a polishing kit... but i aint got instructions... & i aint got a clue what accessories do what & in which order !!

Yes, i got one not long ago and they are REALLY light.
They sound nice too, deep rumble.
I didnt do anything about the etched FOR RACE USE ONLY on the link pipe just behind the footrest.

i took mine to a friend of a friend jeweller. i used a file to remove the writing then he polished it. turned out real well. he said it was a tight fit in his polishing machine though:biggrin

i used a sander with 600 grit wet and dry then a polishing flap wheel. 20 mins
