oil change

Hi gang
I know it must have been asked before but can I change the oil & filter by warming the bike up on It's stand, or is it best to take her for a run then do it. Only asking because I do no want to take her out until weather picks up.

Yes,loads of oil change info on here,.......but in answer to your question,yeah it should be fine warming the bike up on the stand.Make sure you keep it running until the fan cuts in,....and do the same again to check the level.
One more thing,...drag the bike outside to warm it up or make sure your shed/garage/outhouse is well ventilated.Those exhaust gasses really are'nt good for you.:no
