I recently bought an rsv mille R. The bike was fitted with the Titanium SP shotgun exhaust. No baffles so extremely loud.

I want to replace it with the standard dustbin exhaust.

My question is Can I just do a straight swap out.
Or will I have to get the Epsom removed amd get the bike dynoed.

Thanks lads.

You can swap it straight over.

It may run a little rich but it will run pretty good

If you sell the shotguns you may be surprised how much they sell for 200-250

Has anyone ever gone back to the original exhaust apart from trade in time at a dealer. First time for everything, I suppose.

:blush emmm, I did! Also didn't want my neighbours to hate me starting the bike at 5 in the morning.

I found the bike ran better with the standard can, with the shotguns on mine I found it had a tendency to misfire occasionally, presumably it was never mapped or anything for them. They do sound amazing though, so I do throw then back on occasionally :D

It is risky especially when in front of a police car.
Especially where I work ha
