Ive just been to get my PC3 custom mapped again after fitting new zorste and airbox to find that it needs an o2 sensor elliminator to stop the ecu trying to correct what the PC3 is doing.

When i got the bike i fitted the pc3 and took it to a different place to get it mapped and they never mentioned this.

So if any one has a pc3 you might want to check for the elliminator other wise the pc3 is doing nothing

i think thats only when the ecu is set on map 1 when the ecu is on map 2 there is no need for the 02 elliminator

When i looked at his book it said it needs map 2 and the sensor jobby :confused

Cheers for that. :thumbup
I think ill make a phone call tommorrow

Can any one confirm, if the lamder / o2 sensor is unplugged should it still show a fault light on the dash if map 2 is installed

You must leave the Lambda connected even on map2 because the ecu diags run constantly and look for a reading to confirm it's present.

The readings are however completely ignored on Map2 and no additional PC Lamda fooler is needed.

Hope that helps.
