I'm concerned that the engine rattle is something more serious, not sure you can hear it on the video clearly with the exhaust :)

 
Where you based mate?

What side of the engine is it coming from?

There is a guy on here called fusebox ( griff from Aprilia performance )
Find him from members list and pm him he will give you solid advice mate

cam chain?? sound a bit like a slapping noise in video

call this number 01827 285500 and ask for griff or speak to sharon and let them know you are looking for a bit of advice tell them where the rattle is coming from and when it is happening. i.e when ticking over , worse when revving or does it go away et.c

it may turn out to be something simple to fix
 
Is it possible you have an exhaust leak close to the head? The sound will get sharper as you get closer to the engine and could sound like engine rattle. I use shredded facial tissue on a clothing hanger to look for leaks in tight places. Best of luck to you.

another way to find an exhaust leak is with a piece of hose, put one end up to your ear and move the other over joins flanges ect, you will definatly hear a leak, this method can also be use to find air leaks in inlets.

That did cross my mind as I was writing it, but how else to explain? Kleenex? puffs?? toidy paper??? It just gets worse as I go. It was the least of all evils. Or you could just put the hose to it.
