Bargain mate.

Dealer bought my T from removes aftermarket zorsts and sells em on ebay!

Seen em sell two sets of Akras that were shown on a blue and white bike just like mine :sneaky2

Got to admit I was very tempted to put them on e-bay myself as they can go for around the £500 mark.

Trouble now being that I have got used to the sound and look of them....so if I fitted the standered cans back on it wont quite be the same.

As for selling the standered cans brand new and unused I dont think they will sell for anything :no

Fitted mivv`s today didn`t take long about 30 minutes. They look beautiful and my god the sound as fantastic, v loud at tickover (almost like straight through pipes)then strangely gets quieter when just off tickover then the loudness comes back with vengance higher up the rev range. No pic`s yet as its monsoon weather here.

Great, I ordered some mivv high levelers and they should be here by the middle of next week so should sound similar.
Does the bike run better with them on now?

Seems to run about the same as it used to. I dont know about yours but mine seems to run pretty badly at low rev`s, pops a bit on over run, a bit jerky on initial throttle pick up, may take it back to the dealers to check the fuelling. I`ve heard about the emissions problems with low speed running but i am just wondering if mine is a bad one. I have a friend with a mille and he says his runs better with map 2 and akro`s fitted. mine is still on map 1 as far as i know.

Mines running lumpy below 3 thousand, standard map and cans and lots of clutch control around town and will be down to EU emissions and the CAT'S but above that it's great and pops and bangs on the overrun which really is music to my ears!
I'm going to try the 15 tooth sprocket up front like some others have done as that should will help with the jerkiness and help the bike spin up from low revs faster and then get the 2nd map when my exhausts arrive.
I've had lots of sportsbikes and just sold a ktm 660 supercomp to help fund the tuono but have to admit the tuono just has it all, great motor, comfy, ability to tour and turns like a sports 600 in the right hands I just can't fault it, a few little glitches with the fuelling etc and suspension but I am a middle aged 14 stone so with a couple of quid it should be my perfect bike.

Paul, those Mivvs look excellent.
Do they have the e mark stamped on em ? (thought they were road legal with the baffels in & would be exempt from plod)
post a sound recording !!!!!!!

:)
