Hi All

Joined the "dark side" a few weeks ago and im now the proud owner of my first Tuono ! (tiz an 07 plate in black)

Love the bike, but standard cans just dont do it justice... so im looking for something to liven things up. Had termi's on my old 996 and would love to re-create that noise, but cant seem to find any. Am guessing that they dont make em for the T, any advise / info much appreciated

Cheers

:)

Hi Felix. Welcome to the site...good to see some local T owners! If you want really loud cans the Leo Vinces are awesome (too loud IMHO). The cans of choice are the Akrapovics. I fitted a set recently and they are fantastic, light, look good and sound good. I got mine brand new for £480 but you can also pick used ones up on ebay for £300-£400

Arrow titanium sounded awesome on my old Tuono. I'm considering MIVV (GP or oval) on my new one.

Loudest end can I had was a dual port BlueFlame with both baffles out. That did sound good. I might go with BlueFlame again.

hey felix i got bewoulfs on mine their a bit shorter than standard about 380mm, no bad priced at about 350 the pair and ****** mentally oud even with baffles in

hi felix, nice to see a local T owner:thumbup
i have akro's fitted but i think you could prety much fit any open pipes to your T and you wouldn't be disappointed with the result:cheers

Cheers guys....

Like the look of the Mivv GPs.... & the Arrows & the Akros and.... decisions / decisions !
Where can you get the Akros for £480 new ? (had a quick trawl and they seem a fair bit more..)

TIA

Just gotta have cans haven't ya, think its more of a colour match thing myself. Like does carbon look better on a black bike or would Ti match the silver frame better. Decisions decisions.
Aren't Tuono's ace. I feel like a little boy again. Not in the Gary Glitter kind of way.

G'day all,
I'm presently doing a re-core job on a set of Aprilia Racing cans I bought off ebay for a good price. They'll be my LOUD Black Bad Boy cans:lol. Just the thing in traffic so the tin tops don't lane change on top of my anymore. The standard ones are just too bloody quiet. Final outlay will be about $400 Aus.:thumbup Map2 upgrade asap after I've finished fitting the cans. I can't wait to wake up my (un) friendly:crazy neighbour at 2am every monday morning as I leave for work. :lol:lol

Check out Quill, I've had them on 2 Prillas and they sound super deep and a lifetime warrenty inc. I'm putting some pics of my bike on with carbons on later.

They are niiice Johny mate, but no pillion pegs? Love the upward sweep on them.
