Hi Fella's,

I've been a regular reader of this Superb! forum,...lick lick, :biggrin ... since i bought my 2002 mille r, thought it was about time i registered, and said hello.
Doing a few mods at the moment so the bike's in a few bits,but coming along nicely though.Really looking forward to getting out on it to see what a difference they've made.

The bike was completely unmessed with, apart from it came with an Akro slip on....so with the help of you guy's :thumbup .... here's what i've done.....

Mpl Slave Cylinder
Chain and Sprockets...Went for 16/44
Checked the chip yesterday...RP58-Unsnipped, so snipped the blue wire
Its got a restricted air intake, so ordered the edwards version
New Iridium plugs
K&n Filter
Putoline 15w50 + New filter
EBC HH Pads + New fluid
Pair of 2 ct's.

Waiting on some parts but hopeing to get it finished soon...

My first V-twin and i love it to bits...
 
welcome mate......By far the best thing you can do is ride a V-twin, the next thing to do is get a Hooked open airbox...read the threads mate.....what a transformation!!
The ROAR will sh*t the life out of the sheep in Wales.

Yeah, been reading about the hooked air box,.. looks cracking quality too.... bit skint at the moment though, will have to sell a kidney :biggrin ... Give the sheep a few more weeks of peace, then praps we'll go and terrorise them :devious, .....With the sound of the bike, i might add, :biggrin

Welcome Taff, plenty of Mille owners in South Wales for you to hook up with.

Anything you wanna know just ask, sure as eggs are eggs someone on here will know the answer and a bunch of helpful fellows they are too.

Badger...thats one of my favourite reads :lol ...those were the days, :biggrin we just don't get the weather like we used to...those heady days up in the hills.....:biggrin
 
Welcome Taff - pretty awesome to have a restricted 02 - probably means it ain't been thrashed - sure you'll soon make up for that:thumbup

Had a 955i speed triple for a bit and a zx 6r j2 before that..

Me and a few mates from work went to stay in cannes for a week a year or two back, and i high sided the triple on the Nice to Digne-les-Bains road....put me off for a bit but i've come back now :biggrin just getting back into it..:thumbup
