Hi Guys, been a member for a while but never posted anything, thought i'd say hello. I have a 2002 Mille, had it a couple of years now and its my first V, still trying to get the hang of it. I find it a totally different riding style to my old GSXR and to be honest I havent fallen in love with it as yet! But I shall persevere as it does look the bollocks! It's totally standard, so I want to make a few changes. Exhaust, suspension, brakes etc etc. So question is guys, where the best place to buy parts that are not astronomically priced. Cheers

Also I recently moved down to Kent, Where are the best roads down this way? Cheers

Welcome .
Before you start spending your hard earned on bling / mods get the suspension set up for your weight and riding style this will greatly improve the ride and make the the v more fun .

Once you've done that you will most likely fined you'll be riding it more do that extra petrol money will help :)

Some nice roads out to rye or cross the border into Sussex head out towards Brighton,Eastbourne etc

What do you want to buy?usual mods are race can,EPROM,modded collector, airbox

Race can is down to budget and personal choice,EPROM ..Forza aprilia doing nice chips and he can do you an evo airbox, some guy called redratbike can do a modded collector....

Then the gearing 16-44 that should keep you busy for a while

Rsvr.net is a good forum as well and is where Ed who does the Forza aprilia chips normally hangs out
