well, czech republic is not bulgaria or polland, dude our roads are quite okay (check this video for example, last november in east part of Czech Rep - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JODnyOA3QZI ).
usually the police leave bikers alone without any persecution, but last couple of months because a lot of crashes they are trying to be more harsh.. but it's not a big tragedy - our law system is quite unperfect (according to bikers), so, not a big deal - specially when they catch you on static photocamera (our law regulations are more hard on car drivers - if they want to give you a ticket, they have to have a picture with face and licenceplate.. otherwise they can't do anything. (problem is, when they catch you personally, for example road chase or something like that)

Good video..
There was a television programme on recently, where a guy travelled around Eastern Europe by motorcycle, and got to say the scenary and places he visited looked spectacular..Also the roads compared to England looked in excellent condition, (ours seem to deteriorate daily)
Like your law re 'need a face shot'. :biggrin
