Just cruising by and spotted your post....... no replies........ oh well, I hope all is ok with that 2013 model. I would not buy one without checking it thoroughly first as the early models weren't a real success story and could be costly to repair. I hope you have bought a well maintained one.

Aprilia got hammered with endless complaints about the Caponord 1200TP - I had a 14 model TP version with the ADD and CC etc. It was good to me over the 39,000kms I put on it, but it seemed everybody else had some form of horrible issue to complain about (read the 2014-2017 forum)....... the factory gave up under the relentless pressure and discontinued production in 2016, claiming it was not viable to upgrade to Euro 4 specs etc - but we all know they just didn't sell well enough and the factory was hopeless at warranty/spares/service. A great pity as all they needed was a decent engine and it would have been a success story...... I liked mine better than the Ducati Multistrada 1200 of that era, but I'm sure glad I'm free of Aprilia today.

Well up till now no problems at all, i haven't done loads of miles but still enjoying what i can do, next week fingers crossed i am away for 4 days around the isle of skye ( heres hoping )

new here but not to the capo. I have the tour pack and a rally.
Both have been flawless.
25k on the top and 35k on the rally.

Has the usual issue with the exhaust servo but dumped it for an end can and Healtech eliminator. Happy days since!
