Ive been looking into getting an early RC8. I came across this list while browsing KTM forums - http://www.ktmforum.co.uk/rc8-superbike/87786-rc8s-sticky-mess.html The only thing that really worrys me is the possibility of high speed stalling

irateNot completely sold on the Rc8 looks wise (bit to angular for me) although they are growing on me. Totally agree Aprilia should have stuck with twins instead of or at least as well as the v4.
When i ever get up there chap i expect a go on the Katoom and the MV.

Beautiful.....and being a Tuonoist....I'm looking at a SM at the moment....& I agree, Aprilia have dropped the ball V2 wise....they are going to loose a lot of their hardcore custome base....The Dorso 1200 just does cut the mustard....

I have started the modding before i have the bike, full Akra Evo 4 system plus HM quickshifter sitting waiting to fit.
Spoonz, when you get up here, do it before yer an old man:eatcorn.
Wullie Wilcox, no way i am splitting mate, just a change, cut me in half and i will be Aprilia through and through.
The bike appeals to me as a big whopping V twin, what Aprilia should have done and forgot the V4, they will eventually lose a big following IMO.

You gotta lurv those KTMs, but COME ON ffs stop showing us pics like that, I can't spend any more bucks and looking at that lot I keep thinking "go on you only live once"
