Hi guys, many thanks for the welcome. I am 71yrs young
and currently own a 2012 Speed Triple but have had many twins but not an aprilia.
I have put my speedy up for sale as I have a desire to return to a vtwin.
My choice is a Tuono Factory which I can't wait to purchase.
I will have up to Â£6500 towards my purchase. So any advice would be appreciated
I live in East Ayrshire and having some difficulty finding a factory for sale, guess I will just have to be patient

yep yer right, decent factory,s are becoming harder to find these days, i searched for over 2 years to find the one i wanted, even ventured over to ducati for a while.. (bad decision).. eventually found a black dream final edition.

an eye up 71 !!!! good onyer pal..

Hi guys, well I went and got a 2005 model tuono factory reg 2006 in black of course (thet are the fastest) only two owners with full service history on 18,000 miles. However will soon need new pads all round and has the dreaded useless rear brake syndrome,but will try to fix. Regards to all lucas60

Congrats! It's funny regarding the rear brake. Most everyone complains about it, but the one on my '08 Tuono seems good enough to me. But then, I ride like a little old lady (I'm "only" 65). :biggrin
