I've been out rebuilding my confidence in the bike, front end handles pretty well now so shouldn't hold you up next time. LOL

No probs with the jet mate, give us a shout and I'll pop round and we can fit the MPL and 40 jet.

I take it you have all the tools, fluids etc.... if not then just bring down some brake fluid and we can use my tools/shed etc....

Alan

Cheers Alan

ill Buz you then Craig..

Hi mate,

Another Kent member ( Tonbridge is not to far )
Welcome as you can see i a new guy to. I think i have it all just about right.

I have a noticed that you have the RSV as a track weapon cool :inlove

Pete..

Hi Pete

Thanks for the interest mate, yea Ton bridge ant far.

But Ive really only joined to get some information and tips not yellow ones .Your obviously an twin man harley and RSV i can see the similarities. Im not however :exclamation ive a GSXR Road bike and it a absolute weapon compared to the RSV.I bought the RSV as a track hoar.As i don't want to slide the GSXR down the track.
Im really amazed with the RSV.Ive heard all the comments about good handling and not much BHP but loads of Torque.
What a load of ****. The GSXR is so much better all round track or road the suzuki would eat a RSV . wish i had bought a older version GSXR now.
So i affraid i joined for info but cheers for the offer.

So whats happened here then is someone on a Ape has shoved it up you on a track or a road and there was nothing you could do, so after one handing your way around the net for a while you come and pop on here and take your frustrations out.

Mate its a member with an alias, they are tryin to copy the Pete Smith thread, originality is what we need not copycats :roll:roll

Oh Boo Hoo.

Post some pics up off your Ape or GSXR, lets see how good they look.

My K6 Gsxr 1000 :inlove

Might try and get the rsv a MOT !! and get some miles in the seat.
May be that would help abit as the two are chalk and cheese the rsv is a 2001 but ive got no decent pictures. Its been tracked but ive got the logbook.Just need to get some road rubber.

As ive said been advised that the aprilia makes a decent track tool need to do some reading up as the handling just feels wrong and the gearing not sure whats fitted as yet might have a look.

Ive seemed to have got off to a bad start on here and that wasnt the idea.
Its just im used to the GSXR i surpose.Time will tell
