Hello and welcome, yeah gear changes can be few and far between,i have been out on rides with in line 4 guys and you can hear them up gear, down gear,up again i just grin and twist the loud lever,BWWAAAARRR and of i go same gear right back with em,i think the 100 mile per tank is a small price to pay, look at it more as Smiles per Mile...have fun...:biggrin

ps. as for the neutral mod would be interested to hear if it works...:thumbup

Hi peeps just joined sold the blade and got me a mille. Did nt do as well as Wickerman, this beast cost me 3500 quid !!! Money well spent thou....

Jet mod that works

Just been out for first ride since doing the Jet mod for the poor neutral selection ,What an improvement not 100% but then not many are but a whole lot better.
Now then whats this remap if you have after market cans?
Oh yeh stopped stalling her now ......Loving her more now....:love2

Hi there, new member alert! I must say you all have immaculate taste....

Have had my 2004 Factory RSV for a week now and am still loving it - what a front end - its like she's on rails or something. High points are going through the gears and the noises! Low point - indicator/horn arrangement - beeping the horn inadvertently gets you looks for all the wrong reason. Has only taken a week to remember it tho! Neutral is elusive also but improving.

Had to sell my big green zx9r though - she was a great bike but feels a bit flabby now.

Could not believe the torque - both the ninja and the mille make similar amounts bhp wise but delivery is another thing - the ninja feels a bit gutless next to the mille........

Anyway, very grateful for the site, nice to hear from other similarly starry eyed rsv owners - will get some pics up once I give her a proper clean - Plymouth is damp at the mo.

cheers
Ricardo

Hey from me too! :)

I'm from Birmingham and am currently riding a Fazer1000 but in the market for something new and feeling a bit twin inclined I thought I'd have a look around here.

Looking forward to some advice and discussion about the do's and don'ts of Italian exotica ownership.

Cheers

Welcome all, glad to have you onboard, I can definately sense a rideout requiring planning, soon real soon :devious
