NEW: Dedicated Forum for the RSV4

Since WSBK has finally kicked off and details about the RSV4 should be rolling in, I thought it was appropriate that a dedicated section be created since the RSV4 is a ground-up change from the past bikes.

This should also make it easier for people later when the bike is commercially available connect with other owners.
