New chain question.

I'm about to invest in a new chain and sprocket kit for my 2003 tuono.
While online I thought of buying a new cush drive too.
When I clicked on the selection an image of a thick rubber ring came up which can't be right, can it?
I was on busters accessories.
I'd really appreciate an image or link to what I should be looking for.

Tuonocon, what mileage had yours done? Last year had cush drive checked at 23k miles on my 2003, and it was fine.

Anyone have recommendations as/when these should be replaced??

It's only got 18k. I just figured while I had the wheel off I'd change them.
