Okay so my overheating problem was due to lack of oil which I added more oil and somehow it disappears. I checked the filter but it seems alright. about 70 percent of my oil was in the clutch!!!! the rest was sitting in the tank... That's why my oil level was below minimum and my oil light kept coming on while overheating up to 238 Fahrenheit like never before. And me and my friend noticed that my mille was smoking like heck!

Blue Smoke (from the Repair Manual)
clutch diaphragm leaking ( checked it's a lil lose but fit tight)
valve stem gaskets worn (dunno where this is, is this on the flywheel?)
valve stems or valve guides worn( dunnot where this is also)
signs of scratches or scoring on the cylinder walls(don't think so)
piston rings or cylinders worn( I don't think so)
Head gasket leaking( I had very little oil sipping from above but this was due to the oil in my airbox I gueess)

so is there a valve or a hose which goes through the right side of the motor to the left I believe it's clogged up due to previously ripped gasket.
Does anyone have a diagram for this? :dunno
What's the best way to clear the clog in the motor besides and air compressor... thanks

The oil pump sits directly below the clutch basket and should suck up oil from the area.

Sounds to me like the oil pump is either shot or the plastic drive grear may be knacked.
Would have had some potentially serious consequences if it's run like that so i hope i'm wrong.
The smoking could be as a result of damage from lack of lube or head gasket blown from overheating etc, difficult to say.

Oil light on and overheating, oil not purged from crankcase all points to oil pump/drive to me.

I wouldn't start it again till you had a good looky.

Hey Spoonz I opened the Clutch gasket and my super homemade gasket had one cm cut in it I think that explains the smoke according to the manual. What does the vacuum hose do on the flywheel cover? I guess that was sucking oil through the gasket with the hole into the combustion. I put a piece of scotch brite yesterday before I opened it due to putting too much oil in it before we saw the smoke and it had a little splish splash action going on into the oil tank but not enough to fill the Level Tube. so about a quart of oil came from the drain plug and then the oil filter and 3 quarts of oil came out of the clutch basket.... I will try to find out where the oil pump is at again. I hope it has a big piece of the previously ripped gasket so I can pull that piece out without going through a big hassle.. thanks in advance

Bit of gasket finding it's way into pump or oil line might explain it.

Not sure which Vac hose you mean on the flywheel cover ? There is an oil bleed line that runs just underneath the flywheel cover.
If you mean the clutch cover that is the feed from the Tb's to the slipper diaphram.

To find the pump look below and to the right of the clutch basket. There is a big black gear which takes drive from the primary to the pumps. The spindle of that gear is the drive shaft of the oil pump and if you remove the gear you expose the pump cover. Remove the cover and the oil filter from the other side and you should be able to extract the pump.

I can give you tolerences from the manual for the pump if you need them but at this stage i guess your looking for blockages.

I think my problem was due to the failing Slipper diaphram/gasket which had a cut since it didn't have enough oil in the tank. I will see what happens when I put a new gasket in there. How bad would it suck/burn my oil through the Flywheel Vacuum to TB with a cut gasket? I think that's how I burnt a quart of oil in LA traffic last week. Any ideas?

Not sure if it explains all your problems as it would have to burn a awful lot of oil to overheat but stranger things have happened.
Fix your gasket and give it a try but watch the oil pressure and shut her down quickly if it looks suspect.

I would check the one way valve in the vac line is still working as that much oil through it may have damaged/clogged it. It's only a few $ part so not a big deal if it's faulty.

Yo Spoonz is that the Oil Pressure adjusting Valve which is stated in the Service Manual under Troubleshooting/ Page 7? where are those valves?
