This is the old blue one before I got rear ended at an intersection... 2001 RSV Mille, 47,000 miles on the clock when I sold it. Only real mods were a K&N filter, Carbon rear hugger and Aprilia RSV Titanium Race Can, PC3 & Chip

And here is the new love affair. 2002 RSV Mille with 13,000 miles on the clock. Worked out to be around the same money to either fix the cosmetic damage on the old one, or sell it and put the money towards a newer, cleaner model. Mods include:
Colin Edwards air intake ducts, shorter billet velocity stacks, EU Airbox restrictor removed, K&N air filter, PC3 & Chip, Aprilia SP Titanium Shotgun exhaust.

Sorry to hear about your old ride.. new bike looks awesome. Faster colour ;)

Both look mighty good there Mark.....and you drive a Nissan too. Your bikes safe though as I will be home at Easter but only going to be in ChCh :)

Hahaha going down to see the wreckage huh? Yeah the blue bike was what started the Aprilia fetish, decided after I got hit that I'd get exactly the same thing. Much better than the jap 4's I had previously. Damage to the blue bike was mostly superficial as I was stopped at an intersection and a guy behind me didn't stop in time, sent me about 10m forward and the bike over on the right hand side. Could have been a lot worse really. Still, at the end of it I got a newer, lower K bike so I'm happy. Prefer the black though it's a bitch to keep looking nice hahaha. And yeah the nissan wagon is the family hack, bashed to pieces by my wife's inability to judge distances effectively. She's a touch driver. Still, the bike goes in the shed, car stays out so she can't hit it hahaha. If you're ever up in the sunny Bay of Plenty hit me up and we can get out for a blast!
