What do people think of this, I know it's only the second race this weekend but Qatar was ****, last year was **** and I'm hoping this year will not be the same, Jerez is a much more complex track than Qatar so I'm hoping thigs will change

WSB and BSB has been fantastic over the past couple of years, I really miss the good old days with Rossi & gibernau, can't ever see it getting like that again :(

See that Cal had another good race today, if he keeps this up I think he'll be replacing Spies next year :thumbup

Was well good to see Cal do good, shame about the rest of the race in general though, maybe they should press buttons to make them go faster so there's overtaking! Oh I forgot that's been done already on F1 and computer games :biggrin

Moto 2 and 3 were good though. And Cals pass on Haydn early on would have got him chinned at a TD.:eatcorn

why do you think last year was ****?

I enjoyed this last weekends, nice to have Cal running near the front consistantly and also Redding had a great race......hopefully Bradley can find some form soon as he's meant to be stepping up next year.

Anyone going to Silverstone??

When Rossi was on a Yamaha, there were more people challenging up front, Gibernau, Stoner, Lorenzo, Pedrosa, Hayden, it was even mixed up all the time with other riders on the poduium and there were more close battles between them IMO :)

in 2004?
Jerez in 2004 winner Sete Gibernau and 9th rider (out of 15) got lapped. valentino rossi in 4th got 58 seconds
it was a wet race though but it was much less action than Jerez 2012
all other races quite simmilar to 2011 season - 10 riders in 35-40 seconds in the finish through all the season and always 2 riders on top. it is always like that. there are always 2 riders who are the best
i am also woried about this season because of the CRT ******** and tyres and the fact that the whole MotoGP is made towards Honda and Spanish riders/sponsors and also because of riders like Karel Abraham who have not won anything in their life but are qualified to start in MGP just because wealthy and influental parents.

Do agree with the times between riders but there is just no proper racing anymore, there no overtaking and no battles, I watch bsb and web much more nowadays because of this
