First of all I want to say hello to all from sunny Croatia.

I reecently bought Tuono 2004 and I'm trying to make it more user frendy :D
I allready changed chain and sprockets to 16/44. Next thing I would like to change is clutch slave cylnder. I saw on ebay some width 30.5 mm piston, is that OK?
After I'll try to find pipes from Falco.

I can buy very cheap gas tank from RSV 2000 metal one, will it fit on Tuono?

I have so many questions I cant remember right now :D

p.s. sorry for my bad english

I'll send some pics later

Welcome!

not sure if the metal tank will fit on as i thought they changed the shape a bit. Why do you want a metal tank anyway?

It is cheaper for me to buy a metal tank then to buy new tank bag and metal tank is 20L and plastic one is 18L

I too am unsure if that would fit mate, i thought the 2003 millie was the same as ours.....not the 2000.

Check here for aftermarket clutch slave cylinder.

Highly recommended by me. I changed mine about 6 months ago - stops the leaks, prevents nasty gear changes and looks so much nicer (see pic if it's attached).
Larger diameter cylinder makes things a bit easier on your hand / wrist. But just stoping the clutch fluid from dribbling all over my boot was reason enough!
Bolts straight on - just make sure you have a new crush washer for the hose banjo.

I allso put RSV clip-ons, but after some driving I think I will return to original handlebar

does the front wheel stay on the ground with that top box on :dunno save on front tyres :lol

This is the reason why I put top box mount on passenger seat. Before I made top case rack that was behind rear axle and if I was riding with my dear wife I didn't have any feel or front tyre, now all is OK
